I was wondering if anyone had any Ideas about how to get traffic to the forum. I like that fact that we don't have the normal scum trolling around on here that hit a lot of the other radio sites. We have a good group, but I would like to get more users. It would give us more post and more knowledge to be shared. Also good for business. I will be creating a facebook page then I will post the link. Let me know if there are any other ideas??

facebook would be a start.. but other than "word of mouth" im not sure what would work best to get the site more popular... i have mentioned the site to a few people around here.. but not sure if they ever joined.. i dont think they did.. most of them are just small time want to talk around town radio operators.. they are not into the fancy setups.. or even learning about how to properly install their radios.. the :plug and play" works fine for them..

i feel if everyone as members of this site spreads the site to other people that are involved in this hobby that we all enjoy. that would be the best way to pick up traffic.. word of mouth travels really well..

Face book and outher sociel web sights are good, but I have done three of them with little results. If anyone knows of a way to get on thhe first page of a google or yahoo search that may have desired effect
